PER CURIAM.

The prosecution appeals as of right the circuit court's order dismissing the charge of possession with intent to deliver less than fifty grams of cocaine, M.C.L. § 333.7401(2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(iv), because of violation of the 180 day rule. We reverse and remand for reinstatement of the charge against defendant.
