This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiffs' Rule 65 Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Imposition of a Constructive Trust and Rule 66 Motion for Appointment of a Receiver. (Doc. # 2 and # 35). The Court began a hearing on Plaintiffs' motions on March 19 and 20, 2001. The parties reached a tentative settlement on March 22, 2001.
