Claimant was employed as a carpentry supervisor on March 23, 1990 when a log fell on his right foot, breaking it. Accident, notice and causal relationship were established and workers' compensation benefits were awarded to claimant. Hearings were held periodically before a Workers' Compensation Law Judge (hereinafter WCLJ) to determine the continuing status of claimant's physical disability.
