Defendant Canton Police Officers Eric Jackson and Jennifer Vinesky move for summary judgment on the 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and related state claims brought against them by Plaintiff Bobby Wright [Doc. 32]. Moving separately, Defendant City of Canton also seeks judgment on Wright's § 1983 claim [Doc. 31].
