The record demonstrates that defendant admitted to violating the terms of her probation and thereafter pleaded guilty to attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree. In accordance with the plea agreements, defendant was resentenced to 3 to 9 years in prison in connection with the violation of probation and sentenced as a second felony offender to a concurrent prison term of 3 to 6 years on the attempted criminal possession conviction.
