Jaime Torres pled guilty in district court2 to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. Torres appeals his sentence and the authority of the magistrate judge3 to hear Torres's guilty plea. We affirm.
