Before the court are (1) plaintiff Kourtney Harms's ("Harms") motions in limine; (2) defendant Laboratory Corporation of America's ("Labcorp") motions in limine; (3) Harms's motion for summary judgment on liability; and (4) Labcorp's motion for summary judgment. The court addresses each motion below.
