THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. MILTON MORALES, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

Decided October 23, 2000.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's present contention, the trial court properly exercised its discretion in excluding certain testimony.

The sentence imposed was not excessive (see, People v Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80).
