On December 28, 1999, Fantasy Sports Properties, Inc. ("FSPI") filed a complaint in this matter, alleging that defendants infringed on FSPI's patent. On March 13, 1999, defendant Yahoo! Inc. ("Yahoo!") filed a Motion for Summary Judgment of Noninfringement. After a hearing on the Motion, the Court took the matter under advisement.
