This appeal arises from the trial court's dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction of John Sims's complaint against United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company ("USF&G"), which alleged gross negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and intentional deprivation of his statutory rights under the Worker's Compensation Act.
