OPINION

DIAMOND, District Judge.

Presently before the court is a motion to dismiss plaintiffs' amended class action complaint1 pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) filed by defendant Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. ("Freddie Mac" or "FHLMC"). For the following reasons, the motion will be granted, and all claims against Freddie Mac will be dismissed.
