Plaintiffs filed this action on behalf of the estate of Robert F. Meredith IV, claiming damages for injuries caused by medical treatment which resulted in the death of Robert F. Meredith IV, on April 30, 1998. In addition to the decedent's economic losses and conscious pain and suffering, Plaintiffs seek damages for mental anguish on behalf of his beneficiaries.
