On May 15, 2000, Defendants Firstcard Financial Services, Inc. ("Firstcard"), Thomas Busi, and James Busi filed a motion to dismiss this contract action for lack of personal jurisdiction [Doc. 14]. Alternatively, defendants seek to transfer this action to the Eastern District of California pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) or § 1406(a).
