This cause comes before the court upon three motions: the defendant Chattanooga Group, Inc.'s ("Chattanooga") motion for summary judgment, its supplement to the motion for summary judgment, and the defendant Campbell Clinic, Inc.'s ("Campbell") motion for summary judgment.
