Avery ("Avery") was indicted by a federal grand jury in the Southern District of Indiana; four counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) and three counts of making false statements in connection with the acquisition of firearms in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6).
