¶ 1 Caroline Saunders Keggi appeals from the trial court's judgment in favor of Northbrook Property and Casualty Insurance Company (Northbrook) and TIG Insurance Company (TIG). Keggi sought a declaratory judgment that policies issued by the two insurance companies covered Keggi's injuries arising from drinking bacteria-contaminated water served by the insurers' policyholder, Desert Mountain Properties (Desert Mountain).
