RUFFIN, Judge.
Betsy Luise Rapps and her husband, Richard Rapps, purchased a home from James and Ellen Cooke and executed a promissory note and a deed to secure debt in favor of the Cookes. After the Rappses defaulted on the debt, the Cookes foreclosed on the property. Betsy Rapps then sued the Cookes for, among other things, wrongful foreclosure.
