This matter comes before the Court on two motions by Defendant Alex Hodge: (1) his motion to suppress evidence obtained near the scene of his arrest and during a search of his home, and (2) his motion to dismiss Count III of the Indictment as multiplicitous and as based on an unconstitutional exercise of congressional power.
