MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Defendants Challenge Properties d/b/a Robin Square Apartments, Alfred D. Hughes Corporation, and Alfred D. Hughes ("Robin Square Defendants") have filed a renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law and a motion for entry of judgment as to all class members.
