Defendant's convictions arise out of his participation, together with codefendant Romoan Walker, in the robbery and execution-style murder of Maurice Hines in the City of Schenectady, Schenectady County, on December 1, 1996. County Court sentenced defendant as a second felony offender to the greatest permissible sentence for each of his convictions, with each sentence to run consecutively to all of the others...
