Mary Bryan Hill ("Plaintiff") commenced this action in state court against defendants Hom/Ade Foods, Inc. and its president, Howard Burris. Plaintiff alleges that Hom/Ade and Burris violated Louisiana law by marketing and selling products throughout Louisiana under the name of "Mary B's", a trade name that Plaintiff registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State in 1995...
