This matter is before the Court on Defendant DAC Services' ("DAC") Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons that follow, DAC's Motion is granted, as to both the Plaintiff and Defendant Auto Mashers, Inc.'s ("Auto Mashers") crossclaim.1 The remaining claims are remanded to the Circuit Court of Buckingham County.
