Appellant Joseph Victor Romano appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to withdraw his pleas of guilty to two charges of murder.1 We find that appellant's pleas were entered knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily, that there was a sufficient factual basis for the trial court to accept the pleas, and that appellant received effective assistance from his trial counsel prior to entering his pleas.
