On or about December 17, 1998, this plaintiff, Delores B. Fortenberry, appearing by counsel filed a complaint in this case purporting to state a claim under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VII and the Civil Rights Act of 1991, now cited as 42 U.S.C. § 1981(a). Apparently, also claims are made, initially at least, under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, 1985, and 1988.1<...
