This matter is raised by the Court sua sponte by way of an Order to Show Cause, in response to Zeichner Ellman and Krause's conduct in this action. The Court has reviewed the submissions of the parties, and the arguments and evidence presented by counsel at the hearing held before this Court on July 14, 2000. While the sanctioning of an attorney is perhaps the most unpleasant of all duties a judge must perform...
