Appellant Jennifer Urquhart and appellee Clyde Urquhart were married in November 1992. In July 1998, appellee Husband filed a petition for divorce in which he sought dissolution of the six-year marriage and custody of the couple's two and a half year old daughter. Appellant Wife counterclaimed for divorce and also sought child custody. In the final judgment and decree of divorce, the trial court gave permanent and exclusive custody of the child...
