Walter Horngren appeals from a judgment entered after he pled guilty to one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance—marijuana—contrary to WIS. STAT. § 961.41(1m)(h)2 (1997-98).1 Horngren claims the trial court erred when it denied his motion to suppress evidence, which alleged that the police were not justified to enter his apartment under the "community caretaker"...
