In February of 1999, pursuant to order of this Court, a United States Marshal conducted a public sale of Defendant's drilling rig. The rig was sold for $1,000,000 to Plaintiff Enserco, L.L.C., the holder of a Preferred Ship Mortgage on the rig and the sole bidder at the sale. The Court subsequently confirmed the sale.
