("Palm" and collectively, "defendants"), owners and operators of the M/V OSHIMA SPIRIT ("the Oshima Spirit"), alleging breach of a voyage charter party contract pursuant to which defendants would transport fuel oil in bulk from Los Angeles to Taiwan...
