Plaintiff has brought this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, alleging that she was discriminated against because of her pregnancy. She asserts claims for disparate treatment and constructive discharge. Discovery has been completed, and defendant has moved for summary judgment1. The motion will be granted.
