Adelman, M.D., a neurologist, and his wife, Lauren Adelman — allege that defendants, in their capacity as retirement plan administrators, violated their fiduciary duties to plaintiffs by wrongfully causing plaintiff Dr. Adelman to be excluded from receipt of the benefits of defendants' retirement and profit sharing plans.
