In this contract case, involving the manufacture and sale of faulty machine parts, this Court is called upon to explore the doctrine of judicial admissions, as well as to examine the interplay between the certification of interlocutory orders, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b), and reconsideration of non-final orders, under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b).
