On February 8, 2000, Micron Technology, Inc. ("Micron") filed several motions in limine in this action for patent infringement. In its fifth motion, Micron asks the court to impose a sanction against Mosel Vitelic Corp. and Mosel Vitelic, Inc. (collectively referred to as "Mosel") because the initial drafts of the opinion letters which serve as the basis for Mosel's advice of counsel defense were destroyed...
