The Plaintiff in this action alleged that she was terminated from her (twelve year) employment with Defendants because she was not Japanese or of Japanese descent. Following a hearing on December 13, 1999, the Court determined that Defendant corporation was not an "employer" within the meaning of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (because it had less than fifteen employees) and that it was appropriate...
