John Hildahl (Hildahl) appeals the summary judgment dismissal of his personal injury lawsuit against Gregory Bringolf (Bringolf) for injuries sustained while repairing the roof on Bringolf's house. Bringolf had hired his renter, Daniel Hildahl (Daniel), as an independent contractor to repair the roof.
