In this consolidated action, plaintiffs Aaron Basha Corp. and Aaron Basha (collectively, "Basha"), who market fine jewelry, allege that defendant Felix B. Vollman, Inc., who also markets fine jewelry, has infringed Basha's copyright in the design of baby shoe jewelry pendants, along with certain other claims. Defendant Felix B. Vollman, Inc. ("Vollman") has in turn counterclaimed against Basha, alleging misuse of copyright...
