This is a case for damages under the doctrine of lack of informed consent under Puerto Rico's Civil Code Articles 1802 and 1803. P.R. Laws Ann. tit. 31, sections 5141 et seq. The Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. (Docket No. 1).
