Cormier ("Cormier") charges disability discrimination against his employer, the Princeton Municipal Light Department ("the Light Department"), and the Town of Princeton ("the Town").1 He alleges violations of (1) the Americans with Disabilities Act ("the ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12111 et seq., (2) the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq....
