Azaline Doyle seeks review of the decision of Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Manuel Cofresi on March 11, 1997, adopted by the Appeals Council on November 23, 1998, that she is not entitled to Social Security disability insurance benefits from when she stopped working on November 6, 1995.
