General Motors Acceptance Corporation ("GMAC") brought this action against Camilleri Bros. Chevrolet of Holyoke, Inc. ("Chevrolet"), Camilleri Bros., Inc. d/b/a C & C Subaru ("Subaru") and Thomas and Richard Camilleri (who are brothers) to recover monies due under loans made to Chevrolet.
