Defendants, Carlos Soto-Del Valle, Joaquín Cruz-Jiménez, Federico Villarmán-Oviedo, and Teddy León-Ayala, are charged with participating in a narcotics trafficking conspiracy in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (1994). Defendants Soto-Del Valle and Cruz-Jiménez are also charged with aiding and abetting the conspiracy in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2 (1995) and 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1994), and...
