Defendant appeals from his convictions for two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, ORS 163.427, and one count of unlawful sexual penetration in the first degree, ORS 163.411, all arising from defendant's conduct towards his five-year-old daughter "B." Defendant assigns error, inter alia, to the trial court's admission of prior bad acts evidence as being relevant as "signature crime" evidence.1 OEC 404(3)....
