Meadows ("plaintiff") appeals from adverse rulings by the North Carolina Industrial Commission ("Commission" or "Full Commission") which resulted in the denial of her claim for workers' compensation benefits. After a thorough examination of the record and briefs of the parties, we reverse the Commission's opinion and award.
