BRISCOE, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Michael Kovach appeals his conviction for uttering and possessing counterfeit securities in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 513(a). We exercise jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and affirm.
