Plaintiffs filed this action against Defendants alleging misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of employment agreement, and breach of fiduciary duty. On February 23, 2000, the court issued an order preliminarily enjoining Defendants from misappropriating Plaintiffs' customer lists and attempting to sell fireworks to customers of Plaintiffs.
