After a bench trial, Rachel S. Stone was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol to the extent that she was a less safe driver.1 Stone appeals her conviction, enumerating as error the sufficiency of the evidence and the trial court's exclusion of her expert's testimony regarding the Intoxilyzer 5000.
