Plaintiff HealthOne, Inc., filed this action alleging that defendants Columbia Wesley Medical Center ("Wesley") and Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation ("Columbia/HCA") breached a contract with HealthOne and are liable for actual and punitive damages. Wesley has filed a counterclaim alleging that HealthOne breached the contract. The matter is now before the court on the defendants' motions...
