This suit arises out of plaintiffs' efforts to contract with the City of Olathe, Kansas for the renovation of the city's municipal golf course. Plaintiffs, a corporation and its owner, allege that various defendants interfered with plaintiffs' First Amendment rights to petition the government for a redress of grievances by refusing to permit plaintiffs to meet with two city council members about plaintiffs...
