Defendant appeals from a judgment holding him in contempt of court for violating a restraining order and from a judgment holding that he violated his probation. These two cases were tried together and are consolidated on appeal. Defendant assigns error to (1) the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss for improper venue and, (2) the trial court's finding a probation violation based on his violation of the restraining order.1<...
