Plaintiffs Northgate Motors, Inc. ("Northgate"), Gateway Chevrolet-Cadillac, Inc. ("Gateway") and William Kopecko sue defendant General Motors Corporation ("GM") alleging that GM treated them inequitably in the course of negotiating and executing dealership agreements.
